Hello! I’m Rowena.

Wellness Therapist

Rowena Hayes (formerly Rowena Dela Cruz) was born in Cebu City, Philippines.
She studied Physiotherapy in Cebu Doctors University and has a Bachelor of
Science in Physiotherapy. She moved to Ireland in 2006. Rowena shares her home
with her husband and 3 fabulous children, an 13-year-old son and twin toddler girls.
Her busy household acts as inspiration to her as she is passionate about creating a
future where her children will experience a more Conscious world.
